Our
Accommodation
- Accommodation is
in individual purpose-built pens which all meet the statutory
requirements for double occupancy.
-
Larger, family units
are available for 3 or more cats from the same household.
-
Full height, heated
and insulated sleeping quarters offer privacy and warmth.
-
Adjoining
run allows for fresh air and exercise with a view of open
countryside.
-
Room
service is second to none and every cat gets individual attention
and time spent with it.
-
All beds, bedding,
bowls etc. are provided but many owners like to bring in their cat’s
own bed, blanket, toys etc. This is a good idea to bring something
from home to help the cat settle in.
-
Grooming and medication is undertaken.

Feeding
-
Cats are treated as
individual guests and fed accordingly. We can supply most types and
brands of food, but if your cat requires a special diet we ask that
it be brought in with the cat.
-
In general, cats are
offered tinned tuna in the morning, cat biscuits ad lib and a
proprietary preferred food in the evening.
-
Adult cats are fed
twice daily, kittens and senior cats according to their special
needs.
Opening times
9.00 a.m. to 6.00
p.m. seven days a week (while cats are boarded over Christmas, the
cattery is closed for admissions and collections on Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day and Boxing day).
Requirements
Only vaccinated cats
are boarded. A veterinary certificate of vaccination must be presented
on arrival. Cats over 6 months old must be spayed or castrated.
Small pets
We also cater for
small pets including: rabbits and guinea pigs, birds (e.g. parrots and
cockatiels) and exotics (e.g. snakes and spiders)
